◆ LEGAL

TERMS &
CONDITIONS.

These terms govern your booking and travel with Monster Tours.
By booking a trip you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

[01] BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

SECURING
YOUR SPOT.

A booking is confirmed only once we accept your request, you have paid the full amount shown at checkout, and we've issued a booking confirmation. Sending an inquiry, starting checkout, or holding a spot in your cart does not count as a confirmed booking.

Prices are quoted per person in the currency displayed and may change until your booking is confirmed — after that, your price is locked in.

[02] CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

PLANS
CHANGE.

If you need to change or cancel, tell us in writing as early as possible. Each trip has its own cancellation policy — the applicable charges and refund terms are shown on the trip page and in your trip confirmation, and depend on how far out you cancel and on costs we've already committed on your behalf (lodging, hosting, transport, and third-party services).

If we need to cancel or significantly change a trip — due to weather, snow conditions, safety, minimum group numbers, or events beyond our control — you can choose between a comparable alternative trip or a refund of recoverable costs.

[03] UNUSED SERVICES

USE IT
OR LOSE IT.

No refunds or credits are given for services you don't use — including transfers, lessons, lift passes, gear hire, or meals — whether you skip them by choice or miss them due to late arrival, missed flights, or travel arrangements you manage yourself.

[04] TRAVEL INSURANCE

NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Every traveller must hold valid travel insurance covering winter sports — including off-piste, backcountry, and freeride terrain where your trip includes it — plus medical treatment and personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss or damage of belongings.

You are responsible for making sure your cover suits your destination and the activities on your trip. We may ask for proof of insurance before departure and may refuse participation without refund if valid proof isn't provided.

[05] ELIGIBILITY & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

YOUR PAPERWORK,
YOUR PROBLEM.

Travellers must be 18 or older, except on trips designated as family-friendly, where minors are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and obtaining any visas, permits, or entry documentation your destination requires — some of our destinations have stricter entry requirements than others, so check early. We are not liable for losses caused by missing or incorrect travel documents.

[06] YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

RIDE
RESPONSIBLY.

You are responsible for arriving on time for transfers and activities, and for riding within your ability, within resort rules, and within the bounds set by your hosts.

Hosts assign riding groups based on ability and conditions, and may, for safety reasons, ask you to sit out terrain or conditions beyond your level. Snowsports carry inherent risk — you take part voluntarily and accept that risk.

[07] GROUP LIVING & CONDUCT

GOOD
VIBES ONLY.

Our trips are group experiences. Rooms are typically shared and assigned based on availability and trip logistics; where the group mix requires it, rooming may be mixed-gender, and we'll let you know in advance.

Special requests — dietary needs, room preferences, rooming with friends — are noted with care but can't be guaranteed. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful, without refund.

[08] MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS & OPERATIONS

THE MOUNTAIN
DECIDES.

Resort operations — lift closures, terrain openings, weather, snow cover — are outside our control, and no refunds are given for disruptions caused by them. Which hosts, guides, or instructors run your trip is at our discretion and may change.

[09] LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

THE
FINE PRINT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monster Tours is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from risks inherent to snowsports and travel, or from events beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify Monster Tours against claims or losses arising from your own conduct, your breach of these terms, or third-party claims caused by your behaviour. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

[10] THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

OUR PARTNERS,
THEIR SERVICES.

Parts of your trip — accommodation, transport, rental shops, lift operators, instructors — are delivered by independent suppliers. We select them with care but act as an intermediary, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service quality. Issues with a supplier's service should be raised with that supplier, though we'll help where we reasonably can.

[11] PHOTOS, MEDIA & PRIVACY

SAY CHEESE
(OR DON'T).

We may photograph or film during trips and use that content for marketing. If you'd rather not appear, tell us in writing before your trip and we'll respect that; for travellers under 18, guardian consent applies. Please don't publish images of our staff without permission.

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, and by booking you agree to receive essential trip communications (marketing messages are optional).

[12] GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

JURISDICTION.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute arises, we'll first try to resolve it directly with you in good faith; failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your booking applies.
