Monster Tours, operated by Snow Monster (Singapore), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
YOUR
DETAILS.
We collect the information you give us when you book or get in touch: your name, contact details, nationality, the travellers on your booking, riding discipline and level, and any preferences or requirements you share with us. We also collect basic usage data when you browse the site so we can keep it working well.
WHY WE
NEED IT.
We use your data to confirm and manage your booking, to organise your trip with our hosts and suppliers, to keep you informed before and during travel, to handle payments, and to respond when you contact support. With your consent, we may also send you news about upcoming trips — you can opt out at any time.
WHO SEES
WHAT.
We share only what's necessary, only with the people delivering your trip — such as accommodation providers, guides, and transfer operators at your destination. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details on our servers. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
KEEPING IT
SAFE.
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable security measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.
YOU'RE IN
CONTROL.
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. To make a request, or for any privacy question, email hello@monstertours.sg and we'll respond as required by law.
